What currency is used across the site?
All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow four to seven days for your order to ship out from the UK.  Where items are sent directly from the producer (where indicated), please allow two to three weeks for international delivery.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Do you accept returns?  What if there is an issue?
No, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to provide proof of the damage and also the payment.

Do you accept cancellations?

If required, request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty!  You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm.  If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
